The first phase of the project consisted of adapting the former Jardinets, constructing a collector parallel to Av. Meridiana, earthworks and the construction of the perimeter screens, followed by the construction of a parking garage and a roadway. Altiplà carried out the initial setup of the work, geometric control, calculation of earth volumes, and verification of the screen monitoring performed by the contractor, which was especially necessary due to its proximity to the train and the TRAM line running along Meridiana.

In the second phase, which consisted of the construction of the New Market and took place during 2011, we installed the reference systems necessary for the monitoring to be carried out by the contractor and continued monitoring the collector, performing periodic precision geometric leveling. Also during this phase, we carried out layout checks of slabs, floors, columns, etc.
