DF Technical Assistance at Finestrelles Shopping Centre

Last January we started a collaboration with GeoBrun, a topography, cartography and photogrammetry company with more than 30 years of experience and headquartered in Madrid, in order to provide support’Technical Assistance in Topography in the Faculty Management at dqs2 Management, in the construction of the Finestrelles Shopping Center in Esplugues de Llobregat.

Checking excavation levels

It is a plot of more than 20,000m2 with a privileged strategic location, next to the Esplugues exit of the Ronda de Dalt and very close to Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona.

Starting pillars

The future shopping center will have five floors, two levels of parking, a hypermarket and a large leisure area. Completion of the works is expected by the end of 2018.

Development of the work

INVISIBLE will be responsible for carrying out the first parts of the project, being awarded the contract for the earthworks, containment systems and structure, AULA Técnica de Arquitectura will lead the Execution Management and GLEEDS IBERICA will be handled by the Construction Manager.
